TMB requires all bridal appointments to be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper consultation planning and to answer all of your appointment questions! 

If you do not see your preferred appointment time available online, please call us to see if there is extra availability at that time. 

Our stylist can't wait to learn all about your dream wedding dress and accessories. We strive for your bridal shopping experience at The Manhattan Bride to be nothing short of perfect! 

We do not accept same day appointments or walk-ins. 

 TMB recommends ordering your gown 8+ months before your wedding date to ensure proper time for dress production. Alterations and tailoring will require an additional 2 to 3 months. Almost all wedding gowns require alterations for the perfect fit.

Rush shipping for gowns and off the rack options are available. 

It’s common to find your dream dress at your first appointment! For the best Say Yes to the Dress shopping experience, make sure to bring all your guests, schedule in advance, and make any arrangements prior. 

There is no bridal consultation fee to book your first appointment at TMB. Our knowledgeable stylists aim to make your first appointment a luxury experience while assisting in making your dream bridal vision come true. 

While first consultations are free of charge, there is a $50 fee for second appointments deducted from purchase.

Cancellations happen, we understand! Please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid the $50 cancellation or no-show fee. A card is required to be on file for less than 24 hour cancellations. 

The Manhattan Bride’s in-store sample sizes range from size 8 to size 16 - any size gown can be ordered. Please note any sample sizes outside of this range are not currently carried in the store.

Gown price points fall between $1,000 - $4,000 depending on the style and the designer.

TMB offers a selection of off-the-rack gowns. 

Proper undergarments and wedding shoes are always good to have at your appointment. 

Yes, of course! We are all here to celebrate you! We ask no more than five guests per appointment. 

Our store is not child-proof, please no small children.
